It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Jeanette Ditty (Pineville, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Ohio, who passed away on July 13, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herman and Ethel Mae Craig Schill; her husband James Edward Ditty Sr.; her daughter Patricia Dearing; her grandson Stephen Dearing; and her siblings, John Schill, Ray Schill and Alice Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, James Edward Ditty, Jr. (Jenny) of Logan, OH, John Glenn Ditty (Charlene) of Pineville, KY, Tanya Jean Ditty of Alexandria, VA, Mary Brown Frasier (Kerry) of Fort Worth, TX and Tina Upchurch of Grand Prairie, TX; her son-in-law Merle Dearing of Logan, OH; her grandchildren, James Ditty, III (Sarah), Paul Joseph Ditty (Whitney), Peter Ditty (Julianna), Casey Anne Williams (Heath), Andrew James Ditty, Eric Frasier (Emily), Rebecca Schoonover (Jeremy), Tracie Dearing, James Upchurch and Ashlynn Cluck; her great grandchildren, Bradley Ditty, Sydney Ditty, Ethan Ditty, Noah Ditty, Delaney Ditty, Ella Ditty, Joe Ditty, Liam Ditty, Rhylan Hart Williams, Raylan Schoonover, Skyler Cardona, Eleanor Frasier, Charlotte Frasier, Joshua Frasier and Norah Frasier; and her siblings, Jan Decker of Massillon, OH and Dean Schill of Flag Staff, AZ. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made in memory of Dorothy Ditty to Gideon's International.
