It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Rogers (Pineville, Kentucky), who passed away on March 19, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Rogers and Sabria Jackson Rogers; his wife Hazel Owens Rogers; and his brother A. B. Rogers. He is survived by: his children, Ginger, Bobby Grubbs of Pineville, KY, Diane and Michael Taylor of Laurens, SC; his grandchildren, Erin (Jeremy Bouchillon), Heather (Dale Dobbins), Rachel Grubbs (Bethany) of Pineville, KY and Michael Liford of Pineville, KY; his great grandchildren, Lauran Bouchillon, Caleb Bouchillon of Laurens, SC and Kaitlyn Dobbins of Anderson, SC; and his siblings, Clara Rogers of Mackville, KY and Kim Rogers of Corbin, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
