It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Rowland Swafford Morgan (Pineville, Kentucky), who passed away on November 27, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Swafford and Mildred Harris Swafford; her sister Carol Lynn Short; and her grandparents, William and Maude Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Smith, Danita Driskill (Danny Driskill), Cheryl Starr, Virginia and Lisa Bradley; her brother Larry Swafford (Sue); her uncle Jack Harris; her brother-in-law Billy Short of Speedwell, Tennessee.; and her great grandchildren, Jakob Smith, Brooke, Kaylie, Sheadyn, Aubrey, Alyssa and Garrett Garrison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
