He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Kaye Leach Williams of Pineville and Loyall Partin of Pineville; his grandparents, Harvey, Marie Leach of Clairfield, Porter and Della Partin; and his sister Rebecca Williams Davis of Gray.
He is survived by: his son Gavin Leach of Pineville; and his brothers, Tim Williams (Rose), Chuck Partin (Stephanie) and Chris Partin (Beth). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
