He was predeceased by: his wife Maggie Nolan Roark; his son David Wayne Roark; his siblings, Afton, Eddison, Columbous, Fred Roark, Sudie Estep, Ophia Griffie and Rosie Collett; his grandchildren, Earl Roger Combs, Shannon Combs, Sampson Brock and Carter Simpson; and his nephews, Kenneth and Ricky Roark.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Roark of Herman, TN, Carol Adams (Tommy), Audrey Roark of Middlesboro, KY, Margie Combs (Earl) and Polly Willoughby (Ken). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
