It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Marie of Powderly, Kentucky, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Francis Hartlerode and Mary Dorothy Peternac Hartlerode; her husband William Earl Majors; her son Richard Ignas; and her sister Janice Bleckiner.
She is survived by: her children, Walter Ignas, Larry Majors (Altie), Ann Ignas, Kathy Roe, Janet Barnes, Timothy Ignas and Joan Crick; and her grandchildren, Rachel, Valerie, Steffany, Brandon, Brian, Billy, Vanessa, Kristen, Joshua and Samantha. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and several nephews.
