She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Fugate and Callistus Fugate; and her cousins, Brenda McGill, Paula Dixon, Barry Fugate and Keegan Harvey.
She is survived by: her sister Sharon Scott (Gary); and her sibling's children, Jesse Scott, Jonathon Scott and Jennifer Scott. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
