He is survived by: his children, Dale Adams (Cari), Scott Adams (Kim), Melinda Thomas (Chris) and Melanie Adams (Lee); his brothers, Roy Creek (late Ida) and Tommy Creek (Elise); and his dog Buttons. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
