She was predeceased by : her parents, Norman Chaffins and Louise Crisp Chaffins; her siblings, Phillip Lowell Chaffins and Carol Jean Bowers; and her daughter Lora Louise Carpenter.
She is survived by : her husband Robert Glen Carpenter; her children, Robert Dale Carpenter Lancer (Patty), Arthur David Carpenter (Ben Payne) of Lexington, Kentucky and Virginia Carpenter Boyd (James); her brother Paul Nathaniel Chaffins of Salyersville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Andrea Branham (Duane), Jennifer Baldridge (Bobby), Jacob Carpenter, Kenneth Kretzer, Brittney Newton (Rick), Cora Brooke Boyd and Gavin Robert Carpenter; and her great grandchild Along.
All visitation and funeral services will be private and for Immediate Family only in Compliance with the Governor's request for COVID-19 restrictions.
