He is survived by : his parents, Luther Marshall and Betty Bailey Marshall; his fiancée Glenda Mae Foley; and his siblings, Troy James Marshall (Virginia) of Van Lear, Brian Neil Marshall of Inez, Joy Elaine Preston of Sevierville and Bryan Clevenger of Pennsylvania.
