He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Prater and Katie Bailey Prater. He is survived by: his son Darwin Quesenberry of Prestonsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Shawn Quesenberry and Erika Sha Quesenberry; and his great grandchildren, Audrey Dye, Brayden Dye and Peyton Hensley.
