He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Lois Ramey Oliver; his parents, Floyd E. Oliver and Maggie Mae Thompson Oliver; and his siblings, Maggie Earl Gray, Bessie Banister, Marie Oliver, Christine Castle and Bobby Dale Oliver.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Lane (Wendall) of Princeton and Marty Oliver of Eddyville; his brother Douglas E. Oliver of Illinois; his grandchildren, Marley Oliver, Chad Lane and Wendy McKinney; and his great grandchildren, Shelby Lane, Isaac Lane and Presley McKinney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
