He is survived by: his parents, Edward Elmo and Patricia Oliver Hancock; his wife LaDonna Haile Hancock; his daughter Amanda Cagle of Caldwell County; his parents-in-law, Ronnie and Donna Haile; his brother-in-law Ronnie "Bub" Haile Jr. (Randi); his close friends, William "Catfish" McGhee and Rick Rider; and his pets, Jolene and Diesel.
