He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Wethington, Sr. and Rose Margaret McFarland Wethington; and his siblings, Verna "Bunny" Murphy and Larry Wethington. He is survived by: his daughter Stacy Oliver (Jason) of Princeton; his siblings, Rose Lee Roe (Herbert Ansel) of Lawrenceburg, Robert Wethington (Linda) of Lexington, Darrell Wethington (Monica) of Versailles and Otha Wethington, Jr.; his wife Loretta of Midway; and his grandchildren, Jesse Oliver (Emily) of Princeton, Bailey Oliver of Princeton, Peyton Oliver of Princeton and Grace Oliver of Princeton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
