She is survived by: her son Parker Ray Ensing of Providence, KY; her mother Janet Kassuba of Clay, KY; and her sisters, Jamie Kayser of Newburgh, IN and Alisa M. Brock of Clarksville, TN. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
