Jack Whitledge Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Whitledge of Providence, Kentucky, born in Clay, Kentucky, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Whitledge and Ethel Whitledge; his wife Judy Whitledge; his sons, Michael Whitledge and Benny Whitledge; and his brothers, B. J. Whitledge and Bill Whitledge.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Williams of Providence and Rodger Whitledge of Madisonville; his sisters, Patsy Cherry (Tom) of Lexington, SC and Ida Jo Porter of Huntingburg, IN; and his grandchildren, Katie Collins (Jody), Travis Williams (Chelsea), Lacey Whitledge and Cody Whitledge. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
