It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Elder of Providence, Kentucky, born in Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 19, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Elder; and his uncles, Charles, Chester, Jackie and James Elder.
