He is survived by: his wife Anna Winebarger Oakley of Providence, KY; and his children, Claudette Stewart of Phoenix, AZ, Herbert Stewart of Dixon, KY, Bobby Stewart of Sebree, KY, Roger Stewart of Clay, KY and David Stewart of Providence, KY. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
