He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Preston Utley and Rose Lee Utley; and his brother Allen Utley. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Utley (Money); his children, Lorena "Lori" Lee Utley and Gregory Stephen Gill (Alissa); and his siblings, Curtis Utley, Rudy Utley, James "Bo" Utley, Miranda Utley and Linda Rich. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
