He is survived by: his children, Crystal Martin of Detroit, Michigan, Carrie Herrera (Mark) of Providence, KY, Rebecca Frias (Matt) of Madisonville, KY, Bill Martin Jr. (Angie) of Prescott, Michigan and Robbie Shelton (April) of Blackford, KY; and his niece Holly Martin. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
