He was predeceased by : his son Mark Grady Proctor; and his brother Thomas Engler. He is survived by : his wife Margaret Morgan Engler of Quality, Kentucky; his children, Amanda Anderson, Allen of Quality, Kentucky and Joey Proctor of Quality, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Seth Proctor (L'oreal) of Germany, Dustin Anderson of Quality, KY, Chelsea Proctor of Texas and Quintin Phelps (Emili) of Morgantown, KY; and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Weston, Everleigh Proctor of Germany and Blakeley Phelps of Morgantown, KY..
