He is survived by: his parents, James Kilgore and Ruth Lowery Kilgore of Lick Creek; his wife Rhonda Lee Harmon Kilgore; his sons, Austin Collins of Raccoon, Paul Collins, Jr. of Millard and Kyle Collins of Raccoon; his stepdaughter Brandi Vanover of Raccoon; his siblings, Timothy Wayne Kilgore of Elkhorn City, James Kilgore, Jr. of Harold and Ruthie Lynn Pelton of Prestonsburg; and his grandchildren, Kayelynn Collins, Alanna Collins, Jasper Vanover, Malory Vanover and Raylan Vanover.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Poor Bottom Freewill Baptist Church (3786 Poor Bottom Rd, Elkhorn City, KY 41522). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
