It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Parsons (Radcliff, Kentucky), born in Frankfort, Indiana, who passed away on September 28, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Parsons and Capitola Parsons (Alexander); her son Matthew Moore; and her siblings, Phil "Red" Parsons, Sr., Larry Parsons, Neil Parsons, Rita Parsons, Georgia Cunningham and Janet Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Lester Howe of Jacksonville, FL, Vivian Moore (Jimmy) of Custer, KY, Veronica Rich of Radcliff, KY and Wendy Wensits (Robert) of Fleming Island, FL; her siblings, Donnie Parsons (Carolyn), George Parsons, Jr. (Robin), Rick Parsons (Deb Huff), Norma Smith and Joyce Murley; her grandchildren, Scott Surles (Cherrie), Veda Rich (J. W.), Justin Rich (Brittany), Victoria Rich (Corey), Haley Howe, Brooke Wensits and Ashlynn Wensits; and her great grandchildren, Josalynn Jones, Jordan Watts and Carter Rich.
