He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Tennison and Laura Naomi Tennison; and his brother Doug Tennison. He is survived by: his wife Rev. Martha Tennison; his son Dr. Allen Tennison; his daughter-in-law Rev. Rhonda Tennison; his grandson David Allen Steele Tennison; and his siblings, Dale, Doyle Tennison and Nita Beebe. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
