She is survived by: her husband Glenn C. Trice of Radcliff, KY; her sons, Kenny Adams, Danny Adams, Christopher Adams and James Heard; and her siblings, Brenda Peet and Terry Sewell. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
