She is survived by: her husband William Louis "Bill" Kellems, Jr.; her son Larry Kellems; her grandson James Matthews; her siblings, Dorothy McBride, Laverne Kellems, Velma Stewart, Marcella Allen and Robert Bennett; her children, Margaret A. Matthews of Irvington, KY and Craig Kellems (Diana) of Elizabethtown; her siblings, Mary Hack (Walter) and James E. Bennett; her grandchildren, Jeremy Kellems, Josh Kellems and Sarah Matthews; and her great grandchildren, Kenzleigh Phillips and Zoey Matthews.
