She was predeceased by: her parent Edward Chisolm. She is survived by: her parent Rosina Chisolm; her husband Percy Howard, Sr.; her sons, Ernest Chisolm and Percy Howard, Jr. (Debra) of Radcliff, KY; her grandchildren, Percy Howard, III of Brooklyn, NY, Danielle Hawkins (Jerry) of Snellville, GA, Courtney Howard and Brittney Howard; her great grandchildren, Gabrielle Lashley, Adrian Lashley and London Stokely; and her niece Virginia Hollis of Charleston, SC. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
