He was predeceased by: his son Aaron Lucas Mayfield; and his sisters, Joyce and Faye. He is survived by: his wife Alice Davis Mayfield; his children, Todd Mayfield (Amanda), Allison Mayfield (Charles) and Rebecca Mayfield Wedel (R. B.); his siblings, Gerald Mayfield (Dot), Sheryl Hattula (John), Betty Barr (Charles), Sue Lawler and Albert Mayfield (Beverly); his brother-in-law Goodman; and his grandchildren, Matthew (Nathan Mayfield), Madison, Megan (Gavin Wedel) and Jackson Duggins.
