He is survived by: his daughter Joanie Livesay of Louisville; his stepdaughter Nancy Cobb of Chicago; his siblings, Dolly Hughes of Louisville, Jack Howell (Helen) of Louisville, Ruel "Sam" Howell of Louisville and Mickey Howell (Ada) of Louisville; his grandsons, Toby Livesay and Travis Livesay; and his great grandchildren, Trenton, Tyler and Tiffany.
