He was predeceased by: his son James Scott Delph, II; and his parents, Harold Delph and JoAnn Delph. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Delph of Radcliff, KY; his children, Marci Richardson of Elizabethtown, KY, Christine Delph of Valley Station, KY, Tonya Delph of Greenville, KY, Michelle Delph of Hardinsburg, KY and Jeffrey Delph of Ohio; and his siblings, Colleen Small of Indiana and Gene Delph of Indiana. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild.
