He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ellen Mandt. He is survived by: his children, James Jay Mandt of Radcliff and Doreen Mandt of Ft Knox, KY; his grandson Aaron Maksymkow; and his sisters, Patricia Mandt and Deborah Bingham.
