We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2023, at the age of 81, James Richard Blair Jr. of Radcliff, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Richard and Wilma Blair; and his siblings, Paul Blair and Janet Baldwin. He is survived by : his wife Mun Cha Blair of Radcliff, KY; his children, Joseph Blair (Lisa) of Orlando, FL and Tanya Parris (Steven II) of Rineyville, KY; and his grandchildren, Laurel Blair, Jimmy Parris and Logan Blair.
