He is survived by: his spouse Maggie Smith of Radcliff, KY; his children, Elisabeth Hunt (Jonathon) of Baton Rouge, LA, Eric J. Smith (Chaeson) of Carlisle, PA and Christine Smith of Nashville; his grandchild Jayne of Brocklynne, Josephine; and his sisters, Jean Lawrence (Lawrence) of Dayton, OH and Mary Eddy of Morgantown, WV.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association or any favorite veteran's charity of choice.
