She is survived by: her husband Roger Howell of Radcliff; her sons, Brian Howell (Jodi) of Rineyville, KY and Kevin Howell (Danielle) of Ft; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Savannah, MaKayla, Logan, Hannah, Emma, Curtis, Jacob and Charlie; and her siblings, Donna Haywood (Paul), Diane Frandsen (Todd), Steve Anthony (Judy), Paul Anthony (Lynn) and Bob Anthony (Vickie).
