It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffery Warren (Radcliff, Kentucky), born in Lebanon, Kentucky, who passed away on November 13, 2018, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lambert Livers, Albert Holtzclaw and Jewell Holtzclaw; his uncle Kenny Livers; and his significant other Joseph Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Dawn Holtzclaw and Lucas Warren Holtzclaw; his parents, Margie Livers Holtzclaw of Lebanon and Joey Holtzclaw of Campbellsville; his siblings, Elijah Livers of Lebanon, Alexis Livers and Olivia Livers; his grandmother Agnes Deverial Livers of Lebanon; and his aunts and uncles, Theresa Richerson (Keith), Cheryl Yates (Terry), Jackie Livers, Joe Livers, Walter Livers (Lydia), Jimmy Livers, Chris Livers and Mark Holtzclaw (Sherri).
