He is survived by: his mother Paula Lambert; his husband Justin of Radcliff, KY; his brother William Perry; his stepsister Jamie Lambert; his grandmothers, Patty Schultz of Elizabethtown, KY and Vivian Phillips (Charlie) of Sonora, KY; his stepgrandmother Debra Stange of Clarkson, KY; his aunt Christel Grimes of Elizabethtown, KY; and his uncle Paul Strange, Jr. of Leitchfield, KY.
