She is survived by: her children, John Ford of Radcliff, KY, Chris Ford (Julie) of Radcliff, KY, Kerry Ford (Debbie) of New Haven, KY, Sandy Witten of Simpsonville, KY and Melanie Boggs of Radcliff, KY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
