She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Goldsmith of Elizabethtown, KY and Debbie Hurley (Bob) of Radcliff, KY; her siblings, Ralph Hines of New Albany, IN and Carolyn Powell of Russellville, KY; and her grandchildren, Mark Goldsmith of Elizabethtown, KY, Angela Johnson of Elizabethtown, KY, John Hurley of Radcliff, KY and Melanie Nott of Massachusetts. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
