He is survived by: his wife Amanda Louise Crosby of Radcliff, KY; his children, Michael Lee Crosby (Susan Koonce) of Indianapolis, IN and Delicia Dawn Crosby of Radcliff, KY; his siblings, Esau Crosby (Bert), Carlnell Crosby (Mae Lois) and Marylene Heard; his grandchildren, Michael Lee Crosby Jr., Kimberly Shawnette Crosby, Andre Donte Crosby, Sydney Nicole Evans and Cameron Anthony Crosby; and his great grandchildren, Navaeha Marrie Crosby, Michael Lee Crosby III, Joshua Crosby, Andrea Crosby and Keaton Crosby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
