He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Rhew; and his nephew Jake Rhew. He is survived by: his mother Edna Rhew of Radcliff, KY; his siblings, Ron Rhew of Troutville, OR, Michele Rhew of Indianapolis, IN and Alyson Hart of Radcliff, KY; his nephew Miles Hart; and his niece Olivia Hart.
