She is survived by: her children, John Koller (Christy) of Elizabethtown, KY, Maria Lambert (Lionel) of Radcliff, KY and Patty Culver (Mark) of New York; and her grandchildren, Blade, Jazzmyne, Rose Marie, Leonardo, Joshua and Allison.
