She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Woofter (David) of Radcliff, Herman R Smith (Monique) of Radcliff, Carl Smith (April) of Elizabethtown and Germain Smith (Sarah) of Elizabethtown. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
