She is survived by: her husband Jeffery of Radcliff; her children, Sharita Phillips of Louisville, KY and Jermeil Green of Kenosha, WI; her parents, Irene Lydian of Bardstown and William T. Phillips, Sr. of Bardstown; and her siblings, Diane Taylor of Louisville, Charmaine Phillips of Radcliff, Patricia Payne of Bardstown, KY, William T. Phillips, Jr of Radcliff and Darnell Lydian of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
