He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee Isby and Cecil McFadden Franklin; and his sisters, Earnestine Long and Rhonda Faye Bomar. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Isby of Radcliff, KY; his daughter Matiana L. Ruttley of Radcliff, KY; and his siblings, Albert Isby of Elizabethtown, KY, Anthony Isby of Dekalb, IL, Vincent Isby (Wanda) of Chicago, IL, Sterling Isby (Becky) of Deklab, IL, Marqueta Isby-Davis (Anthony) of Elizabethtown, KY, Zina Anderson (Robert) of Chigago, IL and Sylvia Kelly of Dekalb, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
