She was predeceased by: her father James H. Wease. She is survived by: her mother Nina Bland Wease; her husband Steven Dale Hazelwood of Lexington, KY.; her children, Katilyn Hazelwood of Radcliff, KY and James Dalton Hazelwood; and her siblings, Bobby Joe Wease of Radcliff, KY, Randall Hubert Wease of Radcliff, KY, Laura Chase of Vine Grove, KY and Theresa Haskett.
