He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheldon Bailey and Willie Bailey; his niece Leslie Bailey; and his sister-in-law Betty Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Anita Bailey; his children, Francis Sheldon Bailey (Shelly) and Celina Faith Bailey; his grandchildren, Casey, Lacorey, McKenzie, Isaiah, Ashton (Ramon) and Kevin; his great grandchild Malaiah; and his brothers, Kermit Bailey, Avery Bailey and Gary Bailey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
