He was predeceased by: his son Ray Andy Borzotra. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Borzotra of Radcliff, KY; his children, Robyn Borzotra-Chesser of Mount Washington, KY, Antony Borzotra of Calfornia, Melissa Borzotra-Ramos of Texas, Allan Borzotra of Fort Knox, KY and Winslow Borzotra, III of Vine Grove; and his brother Michael Borzotra of Virginia. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
