She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Caldwell and Dorothy McCollum Caldwell of Paint Lick, Kentucky.; and her sister Barbara Bates Caldwell. She is survived by: her brother John K. Caldwell of Richmond; her uncle Lowell; and her aunt Mary Ann McCollum of Berea.
