She was predeceased by: her spouse Jimmie Tudor; her parents, Emerson E. Meadows and Sarah Hensley Meadows; and her siblings, Bob Meadows, Jack Meadows and Evelyn Craft.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Barnard (Joe) of Richmond and Carolyn Tudor of Richmond; her grandchildren, Nicole Buker (Richard), Melissa Barnard-Francis (Michael) and Allison Barnard; her great grandchildren, Madison Barnard, Makenna Barnard, Steele Buker, Kylie Buker and Gracie Buker; and her sister Vera Renfro.
