He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pearl and Helen Hensley Tolley; his son Robert Tolley; his siblings, Bob Tolley, Janet Smith and Sally Cloe Tolley; and his grandson Bobby Ray Tolley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marcia Tolley, Connie Everett (Steve) and Carma Becker (Fred); and his grandchildren, Billie Jean Martin, Helen Long, Cody Gray, Zane Gray, Christopher Tolley, Earl Tolley, Wyatt Becker and Jonathan Becker. He is also survived by five great grandchildren a sister-in-law.
